Client's Charter

UniMAP's Client Charter :-

1. : Graduates obtain a CGPA of 3.00 and above in each convocation:
40% for Engineering Programmes | 60% for Engineering Technology Programmes | 75% for the New Media Programmes | 50% International Business & Engineering
Entrepreneurship Programmes | 60% Diploma in Engineering Programmes

2. : 75% of lecturers with PhD qualification or its equivalent

3. : Ratio of academic staff to undergraduates at 1:15

4. : Staff Satisfaction Index of 85% and above annually.

5. : Student Satisfaction Index of 80% and above annually.

6. : 30% of the minimum number of the required academic staff (based on staff: student ratio of 1:20 for each engineering programme in the faculty) are registered as Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent.
