Untuk makluman, Bahagian Pengurusan Akademik (AMD) dengan kerjasama Pusat  Pengurusan dan Pembangunan Digital (DMDC) telah membangunkan Sistem Permohonan  Pemindahan Kredit Vertikal yang akan digunapakai oleh semua pelajar baharu yang  mendaftar pada Semester Pertama (1) pengajian. Bagi pelaksanaan kali pertama, sistem ini  dibuka kepada pelajar program Sarjana Muda Semester 1, Sidang Akademik 2025/2026 

sahaja. Pelajar boleh membuat permohonan pemindahan kredit vertikal melalui Sistem Online  Student Information (OSI) di pautan berikut :https://osi.unimap.edu.my mulai 29 September 2025  (Isnin) sehingga 19 Oktober 2025 (Ahad)

Please be informed that the Academic Management Division (AMD), in collaboration with the  Digital Management and Development Centre (DMDC) has developed the Vertical Credit  Transfer Application System which will be used by all new students enrolling in their First  (1st) Semester of study. For the first implementation, the system is open only to Bachelor’s  Degree students in Semester 1, Academic Session 2025/2026. Students may apply for vertical  credit transfer through the Online Student Information (OSI) System at the following link:  https://osi.unimap.edu.my from 29 September 2025 (Monday) until 19 October 2025 (Sunday)

3. Borang permohonan pemindahan kredit vertikal boleh diakses melalui menu “Credit Transfer” di dalam sistem OSI. Pelajar juga boleh menyemak status permohonan serta memuat turun surat  kelulusan pemindahan kredit vertikal melalui sistem yang sama. Tatacara permohonan  pemindahan kredit vertikal secara dalam talian turut dilampirkan sebagai rujukan untuk pelajar dan  staf UniMAP. 

The vertical credit transfer application form can be accessed via the “Credit Transfer” menu in  the OSI system. Students can also check the status of their application and download the approval  letter for vertical credit transfer through the same system. The online application procedure for  vertical credit transfer is also attached for reference by UniMAP students and staff.

Online Vertical Credit Transfer User Manual 

This manual is prepared to guide students in completing the online Vertical Credit  Transfer Application Form accurately. The form is used to apply for credit transfer of  specific courses based on prior academic qualifications or equivalent learning  experiences. 

Application Form

 

 

1. Please log in to Online Student Information (OSI) System: 

https://osi.unimap.edu.my/OSI_V2/login.jsp 

 

 

 

2. Click on Credit Transfer menu, then select Credit Transfer Application followed by Vertical Credit Transfer. 

 

 

3. Please read the guidelines carefully, then click Apply button.

 

 

 

4. Click the Add Course button at the top right corner to add a course. 

 

 

5. Please fill in the required information accurately. 

 

 

6. The applied course will be displayed heree will be displayed here. If necessary, students may delete  the course by clicking the Delete button on the right side of the row. 

 

 

7. Use the Add Course button to add an additional course. 

 

 

8. Here is the list of required documents. Students must ensure that all  documents are uploaded

 

 

9. Click the green button to view the uploaded documents. 

 

 

10.Students must tick the declaration box before the form can be submitted.  Please check and ensure that all the information provided is accurate before  submitting the application. 

 

 

11. Form details will be displayed. Students are advised to download a copy for their record. 

 

 

Application Status Review 

 

 

1. Click on Credit Transfer menu, then select Credit Transfer Application followed by Vertical Credit Transfer. 

 

 

2. The application status will be displayed.
