Merujuk kepada perkara di atas.

2. Dimaklumkan bahawa jadual tarikh-tarikh pendaftaran kursus pelajar bagi  Semester 2, Sidang Akademik 2025/2026 adalah seperti di dalam lampiran. Pendaftaran kursus secara dalam talian akan dibuka kepada semua pelajar mulai jam 9.00 pagi, 09 Mac 2026 (Isnin). 

Please be informed that the schedule of course registration dates for Semester 2, Academic Session 2025/2026 is as attached. Online course registration will be open to all students starting from 9.00 a.m. , 09th March 2026 (Monday). 

3. Sila ambil maklum, pelajar yang telah mendaftar pada pra-pendaftaran  adalah WAJIB mendaftar semula kursus secara dalam talian mengikut tarikh dan  arahan yang ditetapkan (Sila rujuk manual terkini disertakan di dalam Portal  Pelajar (OSI) iaitu pada Menu Registration >> Course Registration). 

Please note that students who have pre-registered for their courses MUST re register online according to the specified dates and instructions. (Please refer to  the latest manual provided in the Student Portal (OSI) under the Registration  Menu >> Course Registration) 

4. Pendaftaran kursus secara dalam talian boleh dilakukan melalui pautan berikut: https://courseregdeg.unimap.edu.my/.

5. Pelajar yang tidak mendaftar semasa pra-pendaftaran hanya dibenarkan  mendaftar kursus secara dalam talian dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan iaitu bermula  24 Mac 2026 (selasa) dan tertakluk kepada kekosongan kuota. 

Students who did not register during pre-registration may only register course online  starting from 24th March 2026 (Tuesday) and subject to quota availability.

During the OFFICIAL registration period, students are ONLY allowed to register for courses that they have pre-registered for  earlier. Student must have also FULFILLED the prerequisite  requirements for the courses.  

Only students with ACTIVE status are allowed to register online. Students may drop any courses they have pre-registered for  online. 

Students MUST register within the stipulated registration period. Students MUST settle all outstanding fees (if any) before they  can proceed registration.

ACADEMIC SEMESTER BEGINS 16 MARCH 2026

Students MUST settle all outstanding fees (if any) before they  can proceed registration.

The addition of new courses is subject to quota availability. Requests for additional quota will not be entertained. Students should check their timetable before adding new  courses even if they are eligible to register for these.

Students who wish to drop any registered courses may do so within the stipulated time period. This can be done online. After making the changes and updating their registered course  list, students are advised to print the registration slip for future  reference.

Late registration must be done using the following form (HEA (B)  -02 [b] Borang Pendaftaran Kursus Lewat.) 

Only late registration and new course registration (with reasons  accepted by the university) will be considered. 

Students MUST settle all outstanding fees (if any) before they  are allowed to register. 

A fine of RM50.00 will be imposed on students who register late  without valid reasons.

▪ Students MUST obtain the signature of their RPS/Academic  Advisor and the approval of their Dean before submitting the form  to the Assistant Registrar of their respective faculty for the  information to be updated in the system. 

COURSE  

WITHDRAWAL

▪ The Course Withdrawal Form (HEA (B) -04 Borang Permohonan Tarik Diri Kursus) is available at all Faculties. 

▪ Students MUST obtain the signature of their RPS/Academic  Advisor and the approval of their Dean on the forms. The completed form will then be submitted to the Admission and  Student Records Unit for the system to be updated. 

▪ The Withdrawal (TD) status will be recorded in the course  registration record and transcript. 

▪ After this period, a RM50.00 fine will be imposed for each  withdrawal application. (Applicable only for weeks 13 & 14 only)

Pelajar dibenarkan membuat sebarang pembetulan / pindaan kepada pendaftaran kursus termasuk penambahan, pengguguran  dan pembetulan kod kursus. 

Untuk penambahan kursus baharu adalah tertakluk kepada  kekosongan kuota. Sebarang permintaan untuk penambahan kuota  tidak akan dipertimbangkan. 

Pelajar perlu menyemak jadual waktu sebelum penambahan kursus  dibuat. 

Pelajar dinasihatkan agar mencetak semula slip pendaftaran kursus setelah mengemaskini kursus. 

Pelajar perlu menyelesaikan hutang yang tertunggak dan yuran  semester semasa untuk membuat pendaftaran kursus.

Sila sertakan bersama resit / bukti pembayaran semasa menghantar  borang pendaftaran kursus lewat.

Pelajar perlu mendapatkan tandatangan RPS / Penasihat Akademik serta kelulusan Dekan Fakulti dan seterusnya diserahkan kepada  Penolong Pendaftar untuk dikemasikini dalam sistem.

TARIK DIRI KURSUS [Guna Borang]

05 Mei – 12 Jun 2026 

Cuti pertengahan semester :

5 minggu 

Menggunakan borang HEA (B) - 04 Borang Permohonan Tarik  Diri Kursus dan dihantar ke Fakulti untuk diproses. 

Pelajar perlu mendapatkan tandatangan RPS / Penasihat Akademik,  Dekan dan Penolong Pendaftar Fakulti. Seterusnya borang dimajukan kepada Unit Kemasukan dan Rekod Pelajar untuk  dikemaskini. 

Status Tarik Diri (TD) akan tercatat dalam rekod pendaftaran kursus  dan transkrip pelajar. 

Selepas tempoh ini, denda sebanyak RM50.00 akan dikenakan bagi  setiap permohonan Tarik Diri Kursus. (Terpakai untuk minggu ke-13  dan 14 sahaja).
