Introduction & Objectives
The School of Electrical Systems Engineering offers two academic programs leading to the Degrees of B. Eng (Electrical Systems Engineering) and B. Eng (Industrial Electronic Engineering). Both programs focus on electrical machine design, electrical systems equipment, and power electronic systems for industrial use.
Objectives
All academic programmes at the Bachelor’s degree level in UniMAP carry the following objectives:
(1)To produce holistic engineers who are highly competent in both engineering theory and practice
(2)To contribute in the supply of human resource to meet current engineering demands
(3)To contribute to the development of strategic engineering disciplines, in line with the requirements outlined in Malaysia’s Industrial Master Plan
