Application Form can be requested by email (admission@unimap.edu.my) or can be downloaded from this website. Completed form should be submitted together with:
- Certificate / Transcript / Result of high school (“O” Level and “A” Level)
- Copy of passport – front page (if available)
- Recent passport-size photographs (3 copies – 1 copy to be pasted on application form)
- Other relevant academic certificates
- Bank draft of RM50.00 for processing fee (made payable to “Bursar of Universiti Malaysia Perlis”)
